PRICING & HOW IT WORKS

The whole picture, in plain English.

A real ballpark up front, from taking your finished site live to a fully custom build, plus straight answers on hosting, domains, and ownership.

Where you’ll land, roughly.

A real range up front so you can gauge it against what you need, not a menu you check out from. Every path starts from a finished site you’ve already seen.

TAKE IT AS-IS · MOST SHOPS

The site I built you.

$500 flat, once

+ HOSTING, BELOW

The finished site from your preview link goes live exactly as built: your words, your photos, designed for your business. Most launch within a week of a yes.

Small fixes after launch (a new menu, changed hours, a staff photo) are part of hosting, not a new invoice.

CUSTOM BUILD

Built to your spec.

from $1,500

ONE FIXED QUOTE, FIRST

Online ordering, booking, a gallery of two hundred boards, a second language: we list exactly what you need and I give you one number before any work starts. It doesn’t move.

Your preview site counts as a paid-for head start; the custom work builds on it.

FULLY BESPOKE

Something bigger.

Let’s scope it

QUOTED AFTER WE TALK

Custom software, integrations, a booking system that talks to your tools, ongoing marketing — for when a website is only part of it.

We talk through the whole picture first, then I quote it honestly, end to end.

HOSTING, PLAINLY

What the monthly bill actually is.

A website is a set of files that has to live on a computer that’s always on. Hosting is renting that computer. That’s the whole mystery.

With SouthPoint it’s $25 a month, flat. And because I built the site, hosting isn’t just a server. It’s me, keeping your site fast, secure, backed up, and current.

$25/MO COVERS

  • The always-on server, kept fast and secure
  • Daily backups, so your site can't be lost
  • Small updates: hours, menus, photos, prices
  • The security padlock (SSL) browsers demand
  • A real person who answers, the one who built it

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

The questions people actually ask.

Once you've paid for the build, yes. The design, the words, the photos, the domain: all yours. I own the underlying code the way an architect owns their drawings; you own the building. If you ever leave, I hand off a working export, no hostage situations.

Text me. Small things like hours, menus, or a new photo are covered by hosting and usually live the same day. Bigger things get one honest fixed quote first.

One page, plain English, month-to-month hosting. No term, no cancellation fee. If I stop earning the $25, stop paying it.

Fair question for a one-person shop. Your site's code and backups live in escrow you can reach, your domain is in your name, and the handoff instructions exist in writing. The site outlives me.

Because $500 buys the finished site I already built and you already saw, not a custom project drawn up from scratch (that starts at $1,500). For a done site taken live as-is, it should be an easy yes. And hosting, not the build, is where the real relationship is.

YOUR DOMAIN NAME

Your web address stays yours. Always.

The domain is separate from the website and the hosting. It’s registered in your name, and it points wherever you say. Three situations, three answers:

ALREADY HAVE ONE

You keep it. Nothing transfers, nothing changes hands; I just point it at the new site. Takes about an hour, and your email keeps working.

HAD ONE, IT LAPSED

Often recoverable. I'll check whether it's parked, expired, or bought by a squatter, and tell you honestly whether to fight for it or move on.

NEVER HAD ONE

We pick a good one together (~$15/year, paid to the registrar, not to me) and I register it in your name, not mine. You own it from day one.
